Matt and Stuart came to my house to do a furnace tune up. They were prompt, professional, covered their shoes and answered all my questions. They even took the time to run a camera line on a vent that wasn’t blowing air with proper force. Overall, I was very impressed with the amount of time they spent and the thoroughness in answering questions.

We have been with the company for the last 5 years - nothing but great experience! We are on the service plan and it works very well, not to mention being very affordable. They are very good at keeping track of our service records, prompt at scheduling maintenance check-ups, accommodating whenever we have time conflict, etc. I was scheduled for a heart surgery and Wayne made sure we got the furnace serviced beforehand so I would not have any issues upon return from the hospital! Matt has been taking care of our HVAC system and we are very pleased with his work. He is very helpful and gives great feedback every time, doesn’t mind answering questions or offering suggestions whenever we ask. I like very much how he always wears protective covers on his shoes to avoid trudging any dirt around our house. Really great people to deal with, definitely recommended service!

Every experience has been incredible and I always feel they are working to earn my business. I’m lucky to have found a local small business service that meets my standards of trustworthiness, technical expertise, and competitive pricing. I appreciate that when I call, Wayne (owner) always answers and I’m not routed to an automated phone service. Ashley (front office) has also been timely and personable with clear communication and billing. After 5 years of visits, Matt (service technician) has gotten to know our home’s specific quirks and particulars. His service visits are consistently thorough and of excellent quality—he really knows what he’s doing! I especially appreciate that he actively involves me (and my curious daughters) in what is working with our heating/duct work, what needs attention, and how it all works. When it came time to replace my furnace, I never felt pressured or hustled—Furnace Doctors was totally upfront and honest. Now that my new heating unit is installed I can honestly say for the first time that “I love my furnace!”
