Furnace Doctors just replaced my furnace, but my review is also informed by them being first and only go-to for last 5 years. Every experience has been incredible and I always feel they are working to earn my business. I’m lucky to have found a local small business service that meets my standards of trustworthiness, technical expertise, and competitive pricing. I appreciate that when I call, Wayne (owner) always answers and I’m not routed to an automated phone service. Ashley (front office) has also been timely and personable with clear communication and billing. After 5 years of visits, Matt (service technician) has gotten to know our home’s specific quirks and particulars. His service visits are consistently thorough and of excellent quality—he really knows what he’s doing! I especially appreciate that he actively involves me (and my curious daughters) in what is working with our heating/duct work, what needs attention, and how it all works. When it came time to replace my furnace, I never felt pressured or hustled—Furnace Doctors was totally upfront and honest. Now that my new heating unit is installed I can honestly say for the first time that “I love my furnace!”
