My furnace stopped working before midnight. Waited until morning to call. They were in touch with me by 9:00 and at my house by 2:00, fixed by 3:00. Super service and a great price! Luke was a total professional and explained any question I had, real nice guy. Highly recommend these folks, you will not be disappointed. Inspected empire heater in green house. Cleaned pilot assembly burners and burner area. If pilot continues to be a problem order thermocouple, refer to photos.
Psa heat complete. Red tagged. Hwt in closet with return for furnace. Furnace was at a 1.9inwg static in high fire. I got it down to 1.2inwg 80,000 btu furnace for a 1000sqft house
Cleaned and serviced thermopride propane high efficiency downflow trailer furnace.
Was on sight for a furnace cleaning. Replaced humidifier pad. I found that the heat exchanger was rusted through.
Upstairs air vent blocked. Auto vent on scoop is leaking, the fill valve was not on. Replaced 2nd floor bleeder with Auto air vent. Replaced scoop air vent, replaced expansion tank. Filled system and adjusted pressure. Cleaned system. Very dirty. 2" of rust and soot under burners. Cleaned flame sensor and ignitor. Checked and adjusted gas pressures. All loops are returning hot. Complete.
