Dispatched to perform maintenance on one system. Cleaned and treated drain system. Sanitized evap coil. Changed air filter. Checked amp draw on motors and compressor. Tested voltage regulator. Checked refrigerant pressures. System operating properly at this time.
Dispatched to replace EW evaporator coil. Pumped system down. Disconnected drain system and refrigerant lines. Removed evaporator coil. Reassembled new evaporator coil into air handler. Pulled vacuum down to 500mic before opening service values. Tested and started system. Charged system. System operating properly at this time.
