Dispatched to no cool. Found system in heat mode due to power being out and thermostat not being programmed to a heat pump. Reprogrammed thermostat and tested system. Unit operating properly at this time.
Dispatched to no cool. Found compressor locked out. It had weak voltage regulator causing compressor to lock out. Replaced and tested system. System operating properly at this time.
Dispatched to perform PPM. Changed the air filter. Cleaned drain lines and treated. Checked electrical components for loose wires/shorts. Tested FLA/RLA amps on motors and compressor. Checked main line control and voltage regulator. Ran system to check refrigerant pressures. System running properly at this time.
