The customer service was great, and the technicians were efficient, respectful, and very professional. The cost was right in line with the other quotes I received. The only reason I gave convenience a 4 stars is I would have preferred a Saturday installation.

This is a new customer that wanted to get her air conditioner tuned up to make sure it was running efficiently. Our technician explained to her the importance of preventative maintenance and we were able to get signed up for our Service Partner Plan.
At this residential home in Coconut Creek, we arrived to perform the preventative maintenance as part of our Service Partner Plan. This customer' system is running in top shape because she has kept up with maintenance the entire time she's had this equipment.
This customer was in need of some AC repair, one of their systems was not cooling properly, we arrived to address this issue and get the AC repair done so we can get this customer up and running.
This facility in Coconut Creek was suffering from a system not cooling in the office. While onsite our technician discovered that not only was this issue caused by lack of maintenance, but this visit could have been avoided if they had a service agreement with GMC
In Coconut Creek, we completed some much needed air conditioning repair on a mitsubishi mini split. The piping had been damaged by rodents and needed to be repaired so this system could be back up and running.
