My wife and I just purchased a new home in Coral Springs and of course I chose GMC air conditioning service to handle my new air conditioning unit. the technician showed up exactly on time and spent over four hours working at our house. He found several issues that we we're unaware of even though we had a full inspection report done. These guys are truly is honest as it gets I highly recommend them.

This customer in Coral Springs was having issues with their air conditioner leaking, we found that since they do not have consistent AC maintenance that this could have been avoided with property upkeep.
In Coral Springs, we arrived to address an system not cooling, with their AC not blowing cold air. Thankfully, this customer has a 10 year warranty which covered the cost of their much needed AC repairs.
For this residence in Coral Springs, this customer was having issues with their air handler sweating and their condensate line leaking. We sent out our technician to review the issue and were able to perform some much needed AC repair/
We arrived to this residence in Coral Springs to address an intermittent clacking noise coming from the system. After our technician arrived to address the issue, we discovered that this system is in need of some much needed AC repair and replacement was the better option.
We returned to this residence in Coral Springs to perform some much needed cleaning found during the preventative maintenance visit.
For this residence in Coral Springs we arrived to a system with severe water back up. After our technician arrived onsite, this was a problem caused by lack of maintenance on their system. This clogged drain line caused water to begin coming up into their home. Once fixed, we got this customer on a Service Partner Plan so they don't have to worry about issues like this anymore.
After arriving, we discovered that the unit was not cooling properly. The blower wheel appears dirty and the run capacitor is low on electrical flow. The refrigerant was also low, we added 32 ounces of refrigerant into the system. We also replaced some rusty dryers. After adjustment, the unit is now functioning properly.
During an equipment survey, we found an air leak in the unit which was repaired. A broken drain line was also found and repaired. This duct repair customer now has an efficiently working system.
