This customer was due for her preventative maintenance.
Arrived to replace water source heat pump shut off valves, hoses, and drain line tubing. Replaced all parts and checked for proper operation. Once all parts were replaced checked for water leaks. Did not see any leaks, all connections are holding.
This customer's system was leaking water, once onsite we discovered that this system was in need of maintenance!
This customer wanted to sign up for our Service Partner Plan on her 20 year old system. While onsite, our technician explained to her that putting money into an old system wasn't economical. She decided it was time to purchase a new system. Our comfort consultant came out and was able to get this customer set up with a brand new system.
