Greg and his team were available within a quick timeframe and were at my house within a day of my need for service. The care they took with my home as they installed my new system was excellent, and the new install is clean, squared-up and nice to look at. They answered many of my basic questions about the system patiently and happily during the install process. They left my house cleaner than they found it.. The only difference was a quiet and functioning A/C system! Super happy with the service.

Brand new Mitsubishi mini split for this happy customer!
Arrived to check unit for no cool. Upon arrival found that thermostat was blank due to low batteries. Replaced batteries with customer supplied batteries and unit is now running and cooling properly.

Arrived to check system #6 for no cool. Upon arrival found that unit was off on float switch safety due to clogged drain pan and drain line. This is why maintenance is important for facilities and homes alike.

We arrived in Fort Lauderdale to perform the preventive maintenance and performed a full check of the system for proper operation. Observation blower wheel was Dirty evaporator coil was dirty. Remove blower wheel and evaporator coil clean and sanitize evaporator coil.
