Everyone is very professional and works hard from the beginning to the end to ensure everything is done properly. This is a truly unique company in that they genuinely care about giving quality customer service. The prices are very reasonable but, honestly this company is still worth using even if the prices were higher. We returned to this commercial property to perform some much needed AC repair, including cleaning the blower wheels for three systems and changing contactor for two systems
we arrived to perform a one time tune up on this carrier AC system. We cleared the drain line and drain pan, and added gel tabs. Once maintenance was complete, we checked system for proper operation. System is only 5 years old and is in very good condition.

This commercial customer Margate needed some AC repair on one of their systems. After we ran a full diagnostic on the system, our technician discovered that the coils needed to be rinsed. Although this will help, the system is from 2005 and we do not recommend AC repair at this time. AC Replacement is a much better and cost effective option for this customer.

This commercial customer called for two systems that were not cooling correctly. Both were in bad shape, we found there were multiple issues including an extremely dirty drain line, drain pan and drain pump. There was low voltage and wiring issues that we were able to correct and get the Air Handler to turn on again. The condensing unit had no power due to burnt up wires. Both the contactor and dual run capacitor need to be replaced. We highly recommend against repair. These systems needs replacement and are in bad shape due to not having regular maintenance and upkeep.
For this residential replacement, we are upgrading to a YORK 2-Ton Condenser and pancake unit. With the installation of a new system, the customer receives a Service Partner Plan agreement, GMC's bi-annual maintenance check up.
