Johnny came out yesterday. Called first. On time. Very polite and respectful. Explained everything thoroughly. Had to come back today. Again on time and fixed everything. Ran into a small problem and fixed that as well. Will definitely request Johnny again for any AC needs. As to why my fan motor burnt out in less than two years, that’s another story. I’m definitely not happy about that. Never had that happen????

For this commercial facility in Hollywood, we arrived to address two suites that had no air running. While onsite our technician was able to find the source of the AC repair and get it fixed promptly !
We arrived tot his facility to perform the preventative maintenance. Not only does this ensure peak performance, but they have high MERV air filters that add an extra layer of protection to the air they breathe.
In Hollywood, this customer arrived to perform the preventative maintenance for this facility with 20 air conditioners. Each system was tended to including equipment inspections, air filter changes and belt changes.
This facility in Hollywood was having an airflow issue as one of the back offices were very hot. After an investigation of the system, we discovered that a Mitsubishi mini split or another air drop needs to be added to that office.
For this commercial facility in Miramar, our technician replaced some of the water hoses apart of the line system of this AC. These lines bring water from the water pump to the air conditioner. After these were replaced, the system is back to cooling efficiently.
For this commercial customer in Miramar, we were called onsite for an AC leaking. After we ran a full diagnostic of the system, we discovered that the leak was not coming from the AC but it was coming from a sewage line over the women's bathroom.
For this commercial customer in Hollywood, our technician performed some much needed AC repair after discovering some issue during their preventative maintenance. This customer also inquired about an Indoor Air Quality product including things like air filters that help prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria.
For this residential customer in Miramar, we arrived at a system that isn’t cooling, after our technician ran a full diagnostic of the system he discovered that there were some things needed to get this YORK system back up and running. This includes a new compressor, contactor and capacitor. This customer has a 10 year parts and labor warranty, making this service visit at no cost to the customer.
We arrived to a system not cooling, after our technician is onsite we discovered that there was an issue with the compressor. Once that AC repair was performed the system is back to cooling.
We arrived to this commercial customer in Miramar to install a low profile condensate pump. This AC repair was discovered during our scheduled maintenance on the systems in this facility. This was a preventative measure to avoid an AC breakdown.
For this commercial customer, we arrived to correct an AC leaking water from the ceiling. After our technician ran a full diagnostic of this system in Miramar to find that the condensate pump was not secured and it fell from the wall. After we fixed the pump and the drain line, the system is back to functioning. We recommend replacing it with a low profile pump to allow more space between the pump and the ceiling tile.
For this commercial customer, we returned to do some preventative maintenance AC service including a deep cleaning of the system via an acid wash.
