We arrived in Oakland Park to perform maintenance. We cleared the drain line and drain pan, added gel tabs and changed filter on this YORK system. Once maintenance was complete, we performed full diagnostic on system. Found that system is running and cooling properly however did find that dual run capacitor is going bad and needs to be replace. Spoke to Ms. Jane and she would like to have capacitor replaced. Replaced capacitor and unit is now working properly.
