Today Dwayne serviced our AC unit. While here to replace the contactor he noticed that one of the compressor had died. He was very professional and considerate in giving me the bad news just one day after Christmas. He took the time to show me the bad contactor and compressor and was able to quickly replace them while on site. I was very happy with his service and professionalism. Overall a great experience. Another member of our service partner plan just got her second maintenance visit for the year. Now, her system is tuned up and ready for the Parkland weather.
Arrived and started at the air handler. Talk to the customer about the issue. She said that the unit would cool and then stopped blowing cold air so she would turn it off for an hour and turn it back on. I checked the float switch and there was water inside. Cleared drain and cleaned drain pan. Added drain solve to pvc line to clean it and flushed with hot water to fill trap back up. Drain is clear and unit is cooling.
