During this commercial visit, we arrived at a few of their systems not cool and experiencing a disrupted cooling. Onsite in Pembroke Pines, our technician ran a full diagnostic to discover what AC repair was needed for this service call. Apart of the needed AC repair includes: thermostat reprogramming, a clogged drain line, and a cracked drain pan.
During this residential visit we performed a full diagnostic on the system to provide a proof of findings for this customer as they are selling their condo and need to provide this to their inspector.

We arrived to this customer's home to a system not cooling properly. We performed a full diagnostic on the unit to make sure we couple pinpoint the issues causing the system failure. We determined that the thermostat needed new batteries. After replacement, the system is cooling at peak efficiency.

This system’s drain line was extremely clogged which was causing the leaking. After we vacuumed the drain line and added drain solvent to clear out the algae and sludge. We arrived at this commercial customer’s facility to check out one of their rooftop systems that was not cooling. After a full diagnostic of the system we discovered that the thermostat was faulty and not communicating with the unit. After changing out the thermostat the system was running correctly and the temperature returned to the desired temperature.
During this routine maintenance for one of our Commercial customers, we provided for a full system tune up on all of their fleet of AC’s part of our customized maintenance plan. To create a customized maintenance plan, our Service Manager went to meet with the client to inspect each system and their needs to ensure peak performance and longevity.

After our technician ran a full diagnostic on the problem, he discovered that the contactor which controls the flow of electricity to the system needed to be replaced. Since this customer’s YORK system was under a parts & labor warranty, this was performed at no cost to the customer.
