Greg was phenomenal and always gave me updates throughout the day. Not only did he and Brendon K replace my old air conditioner, but they fixed the stand and the box. They even showed before and after pictures so I could see all the work they did. Would definitely recommend!

Johnnie was very professional in performing the annual maintenance of my AC unit. He explained everything he did and clean the unit as well as checking the compressor and capacitor. He also put a gel tab in the AC pan.

Our AC broke down late afternoon and when we call the office in the morning Zack assured us he would re-route one of his techs to come straight to our house. 30 min later they were at the house. The tech, Dwayne, which has been to our house in the past, is great, professional and always provide great service! And most importantly, diagnosed the problem quickly and had our AC up and running in no time. I am very grateful:)

We arrived to a no cool call in Pompano Beach, while osnite we turned the thermostat off and to fan only (the unit was in cool mode) and checked Air Handler and the coil was frozen and the fan was not running. Shut unit off and on and the motor was humming. We determined what AC repair that was needed for this customer and they were back up and running.

We arrived to check west side system that was not cooling at this facility in Pompano beach. We found that evaporator coil was frozen solid due to no airflow. Found that evaporator blower motor is bad and needs to be replaced. Motor could have gone bad due to lack of airflow which caused motor to heat up. Both evaporator coil and blower wheel have been quoted for cleanings due to being extremely dirty and causing lack of airflow which could have damaged blower motor.

This customer was suffering from a large leak in their system, while onsite we discovered that they were in need of a drain line clearing and a new float switch. This is due to lack of maintenance of their fleet.
