This is my 4 or 5 time a technician had to service the ac and the unit is not a year old. I am glad I am under warranty but how rare can this happen. First the capacitor broke and now the compressor. A few other times the drained clogged. This unit is horrible. The technicians who serviced each time were excellent. No complaints on service but product is horrible

Install new 3.5 ton air conditioning unit
Found system cooling and operating properly while reaching set temperature. Per customer heard noise but went away and unit has been operating properly ever since. Checked unit no noise coming from blower compartment, blower spinning properly unit cooling and operating properly customer to monitor unit
This customer was in need of their AC maintenance, she is part of our Service Partner Plan.
This customer was in need of some AC repair, our technician was able to take care of him and get his system back up and running on this emergency AC call in Sunrise.
For this residence in Sunrise, we performed one of two scheduled routine maintenance apart of the Service Partner Plan. This prevents AC repair and AC breakdown but making sure all key components are working at top shape, and ensuring things like the drain line and air filter are tended to.
When we arrived, the system was not cooling. We ran a full diagnostic on the system and checked all possible potential issues before discovering that the blower motor was faulty and the drain line was installed incorrectly which is causing some leaky joints. Instead of suggesting costly repair, we referred this residential customer to our Comfort Consultant who provided quotes that would work best for this customer.
We returned to this residential customer's home to compete the repairs and replacement of the blow wheel and motor. System is now cooling properly.
This residential customer in Sunrise called us about her AC freezing up, after a full inspection of the system we discovered that the blower wheel needs cleaning and the motor needs replacement. Since this customer has warranty, we can replace the part at no charge to the customer.
During this residential call in Sunrise, the customer advised that the drain line was not draining properly. Our technician ran a full diagnostic to pinpoint and verify the issue and to see if there was any other problem affecting the operation of this AC system. After clearing of the line and drain pan, operations have resumed to normal. This customer also signed up for our Service Partner Plan to ensure peak performance with scheduled maintenance throughout the year.
