In Tamarac, this customer had an AC breakdown. Once our Technician arrived, he discovered that this system was having some issued due to lack of maintenance.
For this residence in Tamarac, we arrived to perform the much needed AC maintenance. This customer also purchased Air Filters in Tamarac.
Consulting a second opinion for an A/C replacement
Furnish and install Mitsubishi mini-split system in living room area. Now this customer has efficiency cooling in Tamarac.
For this residence in Tamarac, we were called for an AC not cooling properly. After we ran a full diagnostic on the system, we discovered that it was a much better choice to replace than costly and extensive repairs. Our comfort consultant came out to give replacement options. This customer had a new system replaced within 24 hours of making her decision.
For this commercial customer in Tamarac, we arrived to survey their fleet of YORK systems and provide a list of findings including pictures, suggested repairs and services, and a maintenance plan. They needed this as they are moving into the space and want to make sure their fleet is up to date and running at peak efficiency.

After our technician ran a full diagnostic of the system, we figured out exactly what AC repair was needed for this service call. The drain line was severely clogged and the drain line itself was broken. Once fixed, the system was back up and running.

This residential customer in Tamarac was due for their first one two scheduled maintenance with GMC AC Services. This routine maintenance prevents costly ac breakdowns and ac repairs.
During this call we performed a preventative maintenance tune-up service through our annual AC maintenance service plan on York cooling system. Added refrigerant, replaced air filters, checked thermostat collaboration, cleaned and adjusted blower assembly. Air conditioning repair complete which will help lower cooling cost for this residential customer. Air conditioner is now ready for early spring weather.
During our visit, we performed our annual AC maintenance service plan visit which included checking safety controls and operating pressures, lubricating all moving parts and tested the system for proper airflow. The unit is functioning properly and is ready for the warmer summer months.
A precision tune-up was performed to ensure proper functionality of key components like the evaporator and condenser coil and cabinet, blower, airflow and refrigerant.
