Arrived to perform maintenance. Cleared drain line, cleared drain pan, added gel tabs, and Checked unit for proper operation and unit is running and cooling. Blower wheel is clean. Evaporator coil is clean. Run capacitor need to be replaced. Rated for 45+5 now reading at 38.4 Recommendation run capacitor need to be replaced
