The scheduled maintenance was performed today by Cirtis. He was courteous and knowledgeable about his role. He explained what he was going to do and then followed up with me as to his findings.
We arrived in Weston to perform the preventative maintenance on this air conditioner.
This customer in Weston was due for the preventative maintenance visit, they are apart of our Service Partner Plan which gives them two precision tune ups a year along with 15% off service and repairs as a member.
For this commercial customer in Weston, we performed AC maintenance on their fleet of YORK systems and completed some much need air conditioning repair on some of the system.
For this commercial customer in Weston, we arrived at an AC frozen up. After our technician arrived to perform a full diagnostic of the Carrier system with the following results: a broken belt and a broken pulley is the culprit for the frozen system. The air filters were also very dirty and causing air flow issues.
