Today I had to face Christmas Grinch $$ due to my tenant’s sewage block. Brad from GoGreen Express was so professional and kind, his approach allowed me to see an alternative, how it good be worst, Brad, was very encourage and optimistic that he believes the blockage will not be bad. Brad was so right, it was not bad as I thought even thou we are now broke. We now look on the alternative, and say it could have been worst. Brat was an angel of encouragement.

I had great services in the past however on my recent cas for service went wrong

I had an update done to my boiler by go green express, installed an electric igniters system for $1,600 plus. The panel to the burner had only one screw and as a result the panel with the sensor fell on the burner that contains the igniter and pilot causing the pilot to turn sideways. I heard a popping sound and turn off the power switch. I called Go Green Express and got an appointment. Some time after someone else called me and said I need to pay upfront $269.00 before someone can come out. I had no choice since I didn’t want another technician to touch the job since the device may be under warranty. The technician from Gi Green showed up and opened the main control box took off the caps to the wires and took a picture. I then told him the problem is not there it resides with the pilot turned sideways. He took a look and said ok went back to his truck and came back with a wire brush cleaned the pilot and the boiler lit. I was then charged another fee of $249. Plus for ? I then asked to change the pilot and was told I had to pay ($1,000.00) I said no thank you and I will get that done somewhere else. Not cool

The Furnace works very well nothing is wrong. Customer was explaining to me they have a 10-year Warranty with GGEHS. I explained to them that he has to call Amana to find out what warranty they have In this unit.

Arrive to performs GW Tune Up. Set thermostat call for heat. Observed system operation. Serviced air filters, service burners, safety’s, gas valve and electrical connection. Recommended: Clean Evaporator Coil and also condenser coil. Customer will call office when he makes a decision. System operation ok in this time, Customer is happy with the service.

Arrived, met with Amanda and proceeded to have a brief conversation regarding the scope of the work. After gathering all pertinent information and performing an inspection of the property. We worked up several pricing options for Amanda’s consideration. We explained all the details of the proposed work. Amanda had several questions regarding the city of Newburgh building department. The historical landscape and permits for the work. Amanda was satisfied with the service.

Arrived, met with Faisal and Ahmed. We proceeded to walk into the pool house extension. Took pictures of the space to document the layout of the work being considered. Customers are interested in having radiant heat installed throughout the space. The specs are for a Crown 85% efficient boiler installed in the main portion of the home. Installation requirements are as follows for 1130sq ft of space, six (6) inches apart spacing for the runs with seven(7) I zones to satisfy the space. Customers are providing all materials needed to carry out the job. They are only interested in a labor price. I concluded with Faisal / Ahmed that we would have our calculations completed by Monday 1/23/23. They were satisfied with the service.

Arrived, met Raleigh with and proceeded to make a visual inspection of the boiler in question. The boiler is a train wreck. This boiler needs to be replaced. The customer had another spare boiler, thinking it could be installed in place of the other. The spare boiler is not advisable under any circumstance. Both units need to be junked. The only consideration is a new boiler. I explained all the details including the Synchrony finance option. I gave Raleigh a price quote for the new installation and he replied, that he needed time to converse with his wife. Raleigh was satisfied with the service.

Arrived, met with Nathaly and had a brief discussion regarding the issues going on. I proceeded to inspect the heating system to figure out the issue. I pulled both thermostats off the wall the the boiler kept running with the circulator. The issue with the uncontrollable run away heat was a faulty aquastat. I informed Nathaly of the findings. Nathaly was present with me at all times. I proceeded to look over the boiler with its accessory components and the boiler is a train wreck. The boiler is spewing out ash and debris, on its on its way of becoming plugged. I opened up the barometric damper to look inside the exhaust and it’s full of debris. The damper is non operational with the boiler running. The boilers hot water coil is completely rusted out and in a severe state of decay. There’s ash throughout the tops of the unit displaying non existent maintenance. The Extrol expansion tank is rusted out. The boiler does not meet code by not having a back flow preventer separating the boil

Meet with Cynthia who showed me to the mechanical room. I inspected a Crown boiler, I turned on the unit and observed it operate through its heating cycle. I expiation tank and thermostat need replacement. Customer apply for credit but was not approved. Customer wants to do the option recommended by tech but wants to call the bank first then calls GGEHS to make an appointment. Cynthia is happy with today's service.

Arrived to customers home for estimate. Customer wants to replace Bradford white gas water heater into a tankless water heater. Looked at old unit and spacing and saw that house was to unsanitary and cluttered to work in. There is no space to get new lines hooked up or do major components of job.

Arrived to customers house for a service call regarding clog in toilet. After looking t toilet and going over options with customer the first solution we tried was clearing toilet with auger. After using auger to snake drain the toilet flushed and everything is now working properly. Customer is very satisfied with services today.

Picked up the part from the supply house. Arrived at the job, greeted Carlise and proceeded to perform the repairs to the HTP Combi boiler. I opened the cabinet with the parts box. I look at the new part and performed a visual inspection to match up the replacement part on the boiler. The parts were different. I called HTP tech support and was given a different parts number for the unit in question. I explained the issue to the Customer and he was understanding. I called FraBar to make him aware of the ongoings. Drove back to the supply house and processed the exchange for the correct part to arrive asap. I called the customer to keep him in the loop. He was okay with everything. Carlise is satisfied with the service, so far.

I explained to the customer about the Heat Pump, Customer told me that the heat pump option is what he is looking for. Then I proceeded to give him the options but the Customer was not happy because he wants me to send him the options by email. Customer does not want to sign.

Arrived to customers home for options regarding replacing a gas flex line connecting to water heater. The customer said when central Hudson previously came to customers home to repair a gas leak they noticed the water heater and informed the customer that the gas line they have is illegally used. In order to change over gas line the water heater will need to be removed because gas line is behind water heater. The water heater is from 2009 and has major corrosion on the cold side. Told customer the water heater should also be replaced. Gave customer options on replacing water heater and gas line because one could not be done without the other. Customer very satisfied with services provided today.
