Phillip is an excellent technician very polite, and very professional. He informed me of the work he had completed and aslo i observed the work area was clean when the job was completed.

Performed the annual maintenance service agreement as per contract. A Mitsubishi electric mini split system, a Fujitsu mini split system and another Mitsubishi central air system to the 2nd floor with cassette in the attic. ** Recommendation: Replace the Mitsubishi 1st floor condenser.
Performed the annual maintenance service to the both air handlers, 1. In the attic. 2. Basement. Opened both units and inspected the coils and return side filters. Installed anti microbial tablets. Brushed and flushed both condensate traps / lines. Moved to the outside condenser areas, 1. On a rooftop pad outside the bathroom window. Checked the electrical junction box wiring, connected gauges took readings and all looks good. Moved to the pool side condenser and performed all the previous checks. The unit checks out but is in need of a deep acid wash, as it is on its way to becoming plugged. Showed Joann. Finally, cleaned and inspected the mini split unit and all looks good.
Arrive at the customer's house The unit didn't work, only the air handler. Perform a minor diagnostic I found the problem in contactors and capacitor. I proceeded to replace contactors and turbo capacitor. The unit was working well. Recommend Replacing the unit can be damaged at any time. It's an R22 unit
