Brushed and flushed both condensate traps / lines. Moved to the outside condenser areas, 1. On a rooftop pad outside the bathroom window. Checked the electrical junction box wiring, connected gauges took readings and all looks good. Moved to the pool side condenser and performed all the previous checks. The unit checks out but is in need of a deep acid wash, as it is on its way to becoming plugged. Showed Joann. Finally, cleaned and inspected the mini split unit and all looks good.
