Of course some one turned off the circuit breakers I had checked the circuits to make sure that the problem was not a tripped circuit I thought i had checked everything except seeing if the circuit breakers where in the off position seems like some one turned off the breakers I will not make that a problem again

Upon arrival found unit with a bad capacitor, replaced capacitor and checked system and found that the fan motor is bad which in turn caused the capacitor to fail. Need to replace the condenser fan motor, capacitor and clean condenser coils. Replaced condenser fan motor, dual capacitor and cleaned both condenser coils. Upstairs system is functioning properly at this time.
Found customer had heat on upstairs and cool on Downstairs. I explained operation and checked zone dampers. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Checked system found a leak in the evap coil. Need to be replace. Inform customer, customer said he going to call his Home Warranty Ins.
Performed a check on the Geotherm and found no high voltage coming to unit. I found two breakers to the unit were off. Turned breakers on. Checked water flow and temperature. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Completed start up for main unit, unit is working properly at this time.
