feel like the price I pay for a years service should last longer than 15 minutes. Nick was not hear any longer than 15 minutes. As far as checking my gas logs that consisted of asking me how they are working and then I ask that he check the flame color. did not get a copy of what was done on the inspection of units and logs.. Normal the tech spent at least 30 to 45 minutes or longer checking both units and gas logs.
