Checked system found capacitor bad. Also found the return duct was detached from system and need evaporators Cleaned inside and out. Customer said didn’t have money for repair to return duct and coil cleaning at this time.
Performed a Gold ESA Summer Maintenance. Checked amp draws on motors and compressor. Checked thermostat and filters. Checked temperature split. Checked 410A pressures. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Replaced capacitor and bad CFM. system operating properly at this time. Customer does not have email, would like the invoice mailed. Customer had to receive mail through PO Box 576, parkton, no 28371.
Found bad condenser fan motor. Home serve denied repair.
Completed the platinum summer maintenance. Checked all components, and cleaned coils. I had to really clean evaporator coil due to renter not having a filter. I took picture of evaporator coil before cleaning. I also told homeowner the size. 20x25x1. I found condenser fan motor was bad. Removed bad CFM and installed new motor a 45/5 capacitor. Checked operation and unit is operating properly at this time.
Disconnect was making good contact, fixed cover. Unit is functioning properly at this time
Preformed gold winter maintenance on a Trane package heat pump HVAC unit, found a weak capacitor on the blower motor 15 mfc and reads 8.7 mfc. Suggest changing capacitor
Performed winter tuneup. Checked heat strips and amp drawer variable speed blower. Checked pressures and cleaned straw from inside condenser. Checked amp draws on fan motor and compressor. Checked capacitor. Unit is functioning properly at this time
Responded to a pm call. Checked the furance, found a loose wire, and tighten it back.
Responded to a no a/c call on a Trane split heat pump, unit has bad capacitor and breaker. Replaced breaker and capacitor, unit is functioning properly at this time
Found unit with a leaking evaporator coil, product data has been removed from aIr handler. Therefore we cannot provide model/serial numbers. Suggest replacing unit due to age. System is currently 17 years old.
Responded to a no a/c call on a Trane split heat pump HVAC unit, the upstairs unit had a clogged drain line and caused the condensation to flow into the secondary drain pan where the float switch turned off the unit. Cleared the drain line and drained the secondary drain pan. The breaker was off to the condenser, customer turned it off. Unit functioning properly at this time.
