Replaced condensate switch and checked system operation, system is functioning properly at this time. The pumps for the loop field are making a loud noise similar to the bearings inside of the pumps failing. Would suggest being proactive and replacing them before they fail, will send a price quote from the office..
Homeserve SHMM517385E3-3...customers EVAP Coil was bad, Homeserve does not cover...no signature due to refusal...
Homeserve SHMM5173E1AF-2...customer has a compressor that is bad, HomeServe does not cover...abortive fee (customer did not sign due to no coverage)
Cleaned both condenser coils and found upstairs system with a leaking evaporator coil. Suggest replacing system due to age.
Upon arrival found unit appearing to be low on refrigerant with dirty condenser coils, need to clean coils before any diagnosis can be done. Homeowner declined Coil Cleaning at this time, therefore we cannot check the system. (No Signature because they declined work)
Upon arrival found unit showing a condensate vault code, checked pan and found that the pan was dry. Need to order new condensate switch.
Performed a Gold ESA Summer Maintenance. Checked amp draws on motors and compressor. Checked thermostat, capacitor, temperature split, and 410A pressures. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Removed bad zone board, installed new zone board. Installed thermostat. Checked operation and dampers. Unit is operating properly at this time.
