Performed a Silver ESA Summer Maintenance on main York split heat pump. Checked coils, and customer did not want cleaning. Checked amp draws on motors and compressor. Checked thermostat, capacitor, and temperature split. Checked 410A pressures. Unit is operating properly at this time. Customer renewed Silver Maintenance agreement for Main York system.
Performed summer residential PM on split hp system. System operating properly at this time.

Preformed gold summer maintenance on a York split heat pump HVAC unit, found gas pressures and subcooling low. Checked evaporator coil and found it leaking refrigerant. Need to replace coil, left disconnect off so it doesn’t overload the compressor. Changed 35+5 capacitor under warranty.
Responded to a York split heat pump HVAC making noise, found a piece of FSK tape stuck in the blower wheel slapping as it went around. Removed the tape, unit is functioning probably at this time.

Responded to a call that the York split heat pump HVAC unit was making noise. There is a humming noise coming from the bathroom vent. Double checked air handler, amp draw 5.5 on a 6.0 amp motor. No sound at air handler
