Completed a thermostat installation on an air conditioning system. I started by removing the old thermostat and wiring, then installed the new thermostat and connected the wires. I tested the system to ensure it was working properly before leaving the customer's home.
Air conditioning repair. I was called to a home to repair an air conditioning unit that was not cooling. I arrived and found that the compressor was not working. I diagnosed the problem and replaced the compressor. I tested the system to ensure proper performance, upon completion.
Furnace maintenance. Upon arrival, I inspected and cleaned the furnace, ensuring all components were functioning efficiently. I recommended replacing the filter within the next month. After completing the maintenance, I tested the system to confirm it was running safely and smoothly. There were no issues found with the system.
Air conditioning repair. I inspected the system and found that the unit wasn’t cooling due to a clogged condenser coil. After thoroughly cleaning the coil and checking the refrigerant levels, the system started functioning efficiently again. I encouraged regular maintenance to prevent similar issues in the future.
A customer reported a clogged kitchen sink. I removed the P-trap and found a significant grease buildup. I used a drain snake to clear the blockage and cleaned the pipe thoroughly. After reassembling the pipes, I tested for proper drainage. The issue was resolved.
I installed a new Goodman GSX14 air conditioner in a residential home. After mounting the condenser outside and connecting it to the existing ductwork, I installed a matching evaporator coil inside. I wired the system to a digital thermostat for improved control and energy savings. After charging the system with R-454B refrigerant, I tested airflow and checked temperature differential to ensure the unit was cooling properly. I also inspected the ductwork for leaks and adjusted airflow for even distribution throughout the home. The new HVAC system is running efficiently, providing reliable cooling with reduced energy costs for the homeowner.
Troubleshot Lennox ML14XC1 not cooling. Found refrigerant leak at Schrader valve. Recovered remaining R-410A. Replaced faulty Schrader core using Ritchie Yellow Jacket core removal tool. Pressure tested system with nitrogen. Evacuated to 250 microns. Recharged with factory-specified 7.1 lbs of R-410A. Tested operation.
A/C Service. Went out to a residential home to repair their air conditioning system. After inspecting the unit, performed a UV dye insertion to locate a freon leak. The small leak was detected and repaired. The system is now back up and running for the happy customer.
