Our ac did not work on the first hot and humid day we had! I called ( on a holiday) and left a message! I did not ask for emergency service but the next day I was called and told I would have a service person here late on this day or the next! The serviceman traced the problem , fixed it and was gone in a about 45 min! I was very pleased !
