The Grasser's plumber called ahead to let me know his anticipated arrival time. He arrived on schedule, and we discussed options of how to remedy the problem of a recurring break in a downstairs water pipe along an outside wall. Once we came up with a plan, he worked efficiently and carefully to replace the broken pipe and outside spigot and was willing to answer questions along the way.
