I called with a no heat issue, and specified that I would only be at home until noon. The people at Grasser's re-arranged the schedule of one of the technicians to accommodate my schedule. I really appreciate their ability and willingness to do that. Matt was more than capable, as well as efficient, patient, and friendly. He is a great asset to Grasser's.
