Our air to air exchanger "died" after 20 years; it service was attached to all three of our bathrooms. We had a medical appt out of state in 10-days (cancer). Time was of the essence. I called/contacted ten providers. Eventually only 4 replied. Only one, --Steger-responded the same day and came to assess the situation that night. Three others did not want to look at my reality, but insisted on trying to sell me a brand/product they had available, rather than respect my need for a like product replacement. Only Steger replaced my item with an updated same brand product. All this within my limited time frame.
