We went with the top of the line package, spending a lot of money with Steger. From asking around after we had already agreed to the deal that Steger is high priced compared to competitors for the same equipment. But we already have a contract and that’s done. They have now started the installation and it was supposed to be completed today or tomorrow depending on how the project goes. I completely understand that. However I got a call from Steger this morning and they won’t be back for two days. They did stop in and top off the old AC so it is working but all the equipment and floor protection is down in our house and we wait. The installers seem great and very knowledgeable but I’m not impressed at this point with the service from the company.
Had annual maintenance check done and the service was great. The technician (Wade) was helpful, polite and efficient. Thanks.
