Grenz Services identified issues with our furnace while conducting seasonal service checks and cleaning. They also identified a leak in our air conditioning system during the same visit. The technician helped setup a system review for the Spring of 2021. Grenz Services conducted an in home review of our heating and cooling needs and offered two options for us to choose from. Each option was explained in detail helping us to make an informed decision for our needs. They setup the installation and removal of the old system. The crew left our house cleaner than when they began the work. They were in and out in about 5.5 hours. I will recommend them to anyone that I know is looking for HVAC work.

I called for service on my sisters furnace. After leaving a short message I received a return phone call from Jim that he could be there within the hour. He indeed showed up, went right to work and had the issue resolved within a half hour. He had to get the part, installed it, replaced the filter and cleaned up all within a timely manor. Both Jim and his partner were very professional, polite and a pleasure to do business with.
