I had my gas fireplace inspected and my furnace checked for the winter season. Jim and Bill were polite, skilled and did an excellent job. Bill caught a wiring issue on my humidifier that was not done correctly by the installer and never caught by the other company I had been using for my maintenance. I feel confident in getting a maintenance contract.

Contacted Grenz on a Sunday. Jim was back in touch within an hour. The problem was fixed the next day, after other contractors either didn’t know how to or didn’t want to repair. Or worse, they pushed to replace the furnace. This long time issue is now fixed and no longer a worry.
