I feel the technician did the best he could do with the limited parts on his service truck but the boiler went into ignition failure only 3 short hours after he left. For the price of $260 I was hoping for a little better. I called the office but they were already closed and it was a Friday night. I was able to keep my boiler running using an old ignition wire off of an old Evinrude outboard motor. I ordered the correct cable and installed it myself on Tuesday Nov 21. Do you think I should be refunded some of my $260? [I do] Overall I think the service is quick and I appreciate the effort. I will definitely use Hartford & Ratliff again.

Raypak Pool Heater Install; Existing unit was removed and a new unit was installed and reconnected to existing plumbing. A new gas line was ran from the gas cock to pool heater. New electrical was ran from pool heater to Firemans Switch.
Raypak 406-EN-X Pool Heater Install. New gas line ran underground as well.
