I feel the technician did the best he could do with the limited parts on his service truck but the boiler went into ignition failure only 3 short hours after he left. For the price of $260 I was hoping for a little better. I called the office but they were already closed and it was a Friday night. I was able to keep my boiler running using an old ignition wire off of an old Evinrude outboard motor. I ordered the correct cable and installed it myself on Tuesday Nov 21. Do you think I should be refunded some of my $260? [I do] Overall I think the service is quick and I appreciate the effort. I will definitely use Hartford & Ratliff again.

It’s hard to let strangers into your home, even more when you are a senior citizen. Zach made me comfortable from the start. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, confident and humble. He came to do my assessment and I felt like I could trust him. I was so thrilled when the company sent him back for the install. He was respectful of my home, my family and my dog. The hot water tank install looks great and he even cleaned up behind himself when he was done. You can’t even tell he was here, with the exception of the fancy new tank. As an additional note I bought a furnace from the company years ago and it’s still running like a horse! Thank you Zach for being a great technician and such a pleasant human.
