Mike installed secondary pan and safety float switch for Trane air handler
Belt driven AC about time to replace this one.
Checked 2 Carrier units, found a bad fan motor. Replaced motor, unit now cooling properly.
Heat pump not coming on, replaced bad wiring. Unit now working properly.
Water pipe burst in the attic. Home owner requested system inspection. -System showed no sign of water damage, all components were still operating within optimal parameters, and found no faults in the equipment.
Checked York 3 ton air handler. The fan would not shut off because of a bad control board, replaced within 2 days.
Concern of the condenser fan making loud noises. Checked system out and determined the blades had iced over due to freezing temperatures, when thawed out there will be no further issues.
Found failed breaker in main breaker box. Replaced 60 2pole Eaton type CH breaker. Power restored to system. Also, found failed heat strip contactor and replaced that as well.
Checked Goodman 95% gas furnace and found blown fuse, replaced. Installed HoneyWell focus pro 5000 1 heat 1 cool non programmable TsTat. 5 year warranty.
Repaired leak on high side freon line in the condenser. Pulled vacuum and recharged with 5 Lbs of 410 A freon.
We checked the Ruud Airhandler for vibration and we found a bad blower housing.
We did a tune up on the AC unit in the office and checked the Freon, AmpDraw motors and drains.
