I was quoted by an Airton technician that i would need new coils on my A/C and it would cost $1,300 as soon as hecwalked in my home and he didnt even look atvthe unit the entire time. He just kept trying to sell me new coiIs. I wanted a second opinion since my a/c unit is only 4 years old. A good friend recommend. H.E.A.T. so I called the owner and I was told that an HVAC Specialist would arrive between 10am and 12pm. He called and came at 10:15am. WOW !! Both men (Mike and Robbie) were very professional, friendly and did a thorough job. Mike explained what would be done and the cost. He completed a thorough check of my a/c unit inside my home and the unit outside. They cleaned the coils, blew out the line, checked the freon, and more. I did NOT need new coils and they saved me $1,100. My a/c is working great and i am so thankful. They were on time, professional, curtious, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend H.E.A.T. to anyone and everyone. They are trustworthy, honest and fair and arent going to try to sell you equipment that you dont need. My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air on the hottest day so far this year. I called HEAT Mechanical and they sent a repairman out that day. He even came earlier than originally expected. Once he discovered the problem, he had the parts in his truck to repair my unit. In less than an hour, my AC was producing colder air than it has as long as I have lived here. Thank you, HEAT!
