Fast furnace fix

AJ took care of us on very short notice the day before Thanksgiving when our furnace froze up (the Nest thermostat showed it was on, but it really wasn’t running). Root cause was a failed “Add a Wire” kit that caused our furnace to short cycle and then lock out (?)… anyway, he knew how to assess and fix the problem, and took care of everything in less than an hour.

The furnace was not starting up. They came out and got it running. I watched it and agreed that it was all fixed up. As luck would have it, once it started working something else surfaced 3 days later. They came back immediately, addressed the new issue, and now we are ready for winter.
