Woke up this morning and realized that my furnace wasn’t working. Called Heating and Cooling Solutions and they came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. Looking at an old Lennox Elite series furnace that has a secondary heat exchanger issue. Now, this customer won’t have a properly working furnace until we can get her into our schedule.
