My furnace had issues the day before Thanksgiving, I was able to get an appointment that day and Mike showed up promptly and found the issue. Unfortunately we are still waiting for a part but overall pleased with the service received.

Upon arrival I completed a Full Install of a Carrier 96% Gas Furnace Up to 100,000 BTU Carrier 13 SEER Air Conditioner System (Add $500 to upgrade to16 SEER) Up to 3 Ton. The system is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival I completed Half Install of a Annual Spring Air Conditioner Sale Carrier 16 SEER Air Conditioner System Complete 24ABC6 (Up to 3 Ton) The system is operational upon departure.
I competed a Half Install of a Annual Spring Air Conditioner Sale Carrier 13 SEER Air Conditioner System Complete 24ABB3 (Up to 3 Ton). The system is operational upon departure.
I completed the Half Install of a Carrier 13 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. The system is operational upon departure.
I completed diagnostics on the 14 yr old Atlas Butler AC unit. I determined the AC system was out of refrigerant. Customer doesn't want to move forward with repairs at this time. Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17"
I completed a diagnostic on a Gas Furnace. I determined that the circuit board has some burn marks on it as well as rust causing the fan to stay on 24/7 without a call for G. I presented the customer with repair and replacement options.
I removed a Goodman Air Conditioner. I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
I installed a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17" and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. System is set and customer is ready for the cooling season.
I completed a scheduled maintenance agreement for a heat pump. Customer stated back up heat in air handler was not coming on automatically, have to switch to emergency heat manually. Check thermostat, thermostat is bad.
I installed a Carrier 13 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. System is set and ready for the cooling season.

The capacitor is reading slightly out of specifications. I tried to spin motor and it is very tight. Motor has failed and needs replaced. Customer already has motor that he will install himself.
