Calling a service person for a job can be difficult for many reasons. Jeremy was truly a diamond in the rough. He came on time and was extremely pleasant from the get go. During his inspection of the HVAC unit he found multiple obvious issues which he resolved without difficulty. He showed me the problems which I could easily appreciate. He performed only the necessary work. He appeared to be very honest and reliable. I would not hesitate to call him again for future issues. Performed 2 contracted heating inspections on hydronic heat pumps.
Performed heating inspection on Carrier gas furnace system under contract
Responded to a no A/C call, when arrived found auxiliary drain pan full of water and float switch open. Vacuumed out drain pan and performed run checks, found system low on refrigerant Charged unit to manufacturer’s specs. Added 2lbs of R22. Equipment working properly at this time
Performed cooling inspection and cleaned blower assembly on Bryant system
Replaced failed capacitor on Carrier heat pump system
