A call was placed to the HVAC answering service the previous night. We were asked if we required a call back that evening but declined as felt we could manage till morning. At 7:30 am the following day (Wednesday, 27 December) We got a call from Cindy who said our tech would be on site between 1000 and noon. We received a call around 930 from Jermaine who said he would be on site at 1000 am. He arrived at 1000am on the dot and immediately started diagnosing the issue. He quickly found the problem and got the Heat pump blower motor running again very quickly. He provided some valuable insights on our TRANE unit and the repair that was being done. He documented his work and answered all the questions that we had about our system. Both my wife and I found Jermaine friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We both commented that from a service call perspective (any type of service) this is one of the best ones we've ever experienced. In the future, for any additional service work we plan on asking for Jermaine personally and would recommend HVAC and Jermaine to anyone in the neighborhood that requires Heating and A/C service. He did a fantastic job and my made a great impression on both my wife and I. Thanks again for the great work Jermaine!
