Mr. Garner was a wonderful representative for this company. He was not only on time, but called and was able to arrive alittle early which worked perfectly for my schedule. Mr. Garner did a very thorough job and explained everything very patiently along with different options that his company could provide. There was absolutely no sales pressure, just information. Jeremy was prompt, professional and took his time to explain the entire system and subsequent checkup. Ironically he was right on time and identified a bad capacitor causing our system to work harder than it needed. As summer passes and winter approaches we are much more confident in our system! I was very pleased with the service today. I live in a one level condo and had a small leak coming from above the hvac unit closet. Jeremy had to cut into the drywall and noticed the leak was coming from the unit above. He returned later in the day once access was obtained to upstairs unit and located the issue and fixed promptly. He was easy to talk to and explained everything with clarity. Highly recomend!

We were able to get an appointment same day with Jeremy. He was very polite and easy talk with. He checked our system thoroughly, gave recommendations on how to potentially solve the problem with and without having to spend money. He was very honest about how he could help with the situation. We didn't feel like we just had "some guy" there to get as much money as he could out of us. It was nice to not feel pressured about making a decision on how to proceed. Thumbs up the Jeremy!!!! Also the young lady that answered the phone to schedule our appointment was very nice and pleasant to talk to.
