My heatpump made a loud noise which wake me up at 3am. Unfortunately I did not get a call back until 7am and the tech was able to guide me in the right direction to turn on Auxiliary heat. He was able to come out later that morning and confirm that the fan was indeed dead. He gave me a quick estimate which required more research and was able to connect me with their Sales person to help inquire about a new system since mine was just over 14 years old. He was straight forward and able to replace my fan assembly the next day.

During the recent cold snap, our heat pump simply quit working, definitely not good! HVAC Unlimited was recommended to me by a colleague and we couldn’t be happier. The technician, Ned Wentworth arrived at the promised time, wouldn’t come into the house before putting on his shoe covers to protect our floors, then completed repairs fast and efficiently. We slept warm and cozy that night! The cost was reasonable and we have decided to purchase a maintenance contract to ensure our investment is protected for the long haul.
