Tom and Sage showed up in a timely manner. They were both polite and explained what they would be doing before beginning. If anything arose throughout they process (ie: shutting off the water) they made sure to inform me. After the furnace and humidifier install was completed, Tom did a walk through. Everything was clean, he showed me how to adjust the humidifier and how to replace the filter.

Indoor Comfort is my annual furnace/AC servicer. Always professional and thorough. Replacing a furnace safely is a difficult task that takes a lot of time. They took their time. They were respectful of our space and very unobtrusive. You wouldn’t have known they were there except for the occasional, necessary noise. So appreciated when working from home.
