I am truly impressed with Indoor Comfort's commitment to service. When our heat went out on Black Friday, they were the first company to return our call for help and came out that night to attempt a repair. Unfortunately the furnace was beyond saving, but they made prompt arrangements to install a new one first thing Monday morning to get our heat back. There was a hiccup in the re-installation of our humidifier which lead us to working directly with Mike. Instead of making excuses and avoiding the extra work, he listened to our issues and resolved it personally without any hesitation or argument. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We are Indoor Comfort customers for life!
