Today I performed a tune up on a Carrier Heat Pump
Cooling maintenance. Performing AC maintenance on a Carrier 3 ton Heat Pump system. Also changing media filter and clearing drain lines to prevent break downs over the summer.
Cooling maintenance. Changed out Aprilaire media filter and checked electrical connections along with freon levels on a 21 SEER Lennox Furnace.
AC cooling tune up in. Customer notice water coming out of the emergency drain line and wanted to tune up to see what is wrong with her system and notice she has a clogged drain line. When unclogging the drain line notice that the rust was eating the drain pan and saw small water drips. Gave customer the options and she wants to replace the drain pan and clear out the drain line.
Adjusting the air flow on a Goodman system for customer. Making sure every room is nice and cool in the summer.
AC repair and maintenance. Setting refrigerant charge on a 16 seer Amana heat pump system.
Install 2 stage Amana heat pump. Ready for the Texas heat
Performing repairs on can lights installation.
Performing install of new LED can lights, new smoke detectors, home Surge Protection along with outdoor LED flood lights. in Plano, Texas
