Today I performed a heating tune up on a Amana 5 ton heat pump
2 System AC maintenance. Upon arrival water dripping out of emergency drain. Also found some parts that needed to be changed out under warranty. Washing outside systems and rust proofing them. Replaced surge protector on one of the systems. Systems operating as should at this time.
